A celebration of 20th Century Women Gardeners

Another of the installation pieces we produced for the National Trust’s ‘Celebration of 20th Century Women Gardeners’, this one is at Montacute House. Vita Sackville-West provided the inspiration for this piece, she is probably best known for her architectural approach to garden design as well as use of single colour. We wanted to focus on these characteristics in the creation of these sculptural pieces. Children are  particularly enjoying being able to interact with them, running in and out of the ribbons and around the poles.
